Salmon Cakes

Tender salmon cakes made with Atlantic salmon and a few simple, all-natural ingredients.

Fully cooked and blast-frozen. Our salmon cakes are completely cooked, then blast-frozen right away to lock in freshness and flavor. There's no cooking needed — just heat and enjoy.

Ingredients: Atlantic salmon, butter, a touch of cream, salt, black pepper. Nothing else.

Contains: fish, milk.

How to heat

• Microwave: place the salmon cakes on a microwave-safe plate and heat until warmed through. Straight from the freezer or thawed — both work.
• Thaw overnight: move the pack to the refrigerator the night before. In the morning, warm the salmon cakes in the microwave, in a skillet with a little oil or butter, or in the oven.
• Skillet: for a crispy crust, warm thawed salmon cakes in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat, turning once, until hot inside.

Serve with a squeeze of lemon, fresh dill, tartar sauce or a simple green salad.
