How long will my order stay fresh?

All products ship with thermal insulation and ice packs. Once opened, consume within 4 days and keep refrigerated at 38°F (3°C) or below.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We deliver across the US with the same terms everywhere: next-day delivery, $25 shipping, FREE on orders $175+, minimum order $50.

Cold smoked vs. hot smoked salmon?

Cold smoked: slowly cured at low temperature for a delicate texture (great for bagels and salads).
Hot smoked: fully cooked during smoking, firm and flaky texture with hearty flavor.

When will my order ship?

We ship Monday–Thursday, the next business day after you order, and your order arrives the day after it ships. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.

Are products ready to eat?

Yes, all our smoked fish and caviar are completely ready to enjoy upon arrival.

Can I send products as a gift?

Absolutely! Our products make exceptional gourmet gifts for holidays, birthdays, and corporate events.

How do I order?

Browse our smoked fish and caviar, add your favorites to the cart, enter your delivery details and pay securely online. We pack your order in insulated cold packaging — receive, refrigerate and enjoy.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
