At SEASONS, we offer a carefully selected collection of premium caviar from trusted suppliers — without unnecessary luxury markup. All caviar is shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs.
Our caviar selection
- Osetra Classic Caviar: rich, buttery flavor and firm, medium-sized pearls.
- Kaluga Hybrid Caviar: large, glossy pearls with a creamy texture and luxurious finish.
- Amur Sturgeon Caviar: firm pearls with a clean, delicate flavor and subtle nutty notes.
- Siberian Osetra Caviar: silky texture and mild buttery flavor.
- Golden Osetra Caviar: rare golden pearls with an exceptionally rich, buttery flavor.
- Royal Beluga Caviar: our finest and most exclusive caviar with exceptionally large pearls.
How much per guest?
- 0.5 oz — a tasting for 1–2 people
- 1 oz — a generous serving for 2, or a tasting for 3–4
- 1.75–3.5 oz (50–100 g) — a small gathering or celebration
- 8 oz and up — parties and events
How to serve
- Keep the tin refrigerated until serving, then set it on crushed ice.
- Open right before serving.
- Use a mother-of-pearl, bone, wood or glass spoon — metal can give caviar a metallic taste.
- Enjoy on its own, or on blini, toasted brioche or a boiled new potato with a little crème fraîche.

Storage
Refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Once opened, consume within 4 days and keep refrigerated at 38°F (3°C) or below. Never freeze caviar.
